Rebecca Koonce serves as the MS STEAM teacher at CPCS. She earned her bachelor's degree in chemistry with a minor in mathematics from LeTourneau University and a bachelor's degree in secondary education from UWSP. She received her MLS degree with a focus on chemistry and psychology from IUN where she also conducts an online chemistry class for premed and nursing students. She previously taught chemistry at Griffith High School and middle school science at St Mary's in Crown Point. Rebecca and her husband, Jack, have three children, two attend CPCS. Rebecca enjoys hiking, biking, reading, learning, and spending time with her family.
