Application Process

NOTE:  Four-day Kindergarten is full for the 2018-2019 school year.

Pre-Kindergarten three-day (M/W/F) is full for the 2018-2019 school year (T/W/Th still available as well as two-day T/Th).

Spanish Immersion is full for the 2018-2019 school year.

6th grade is full for the 2018-2019 school year.

Student Services caseload is full for the 2018-2019 school year.

 

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We require families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $25 must be submitted with each application. Please review the Admission Criteria and our Volunteer Program before applying.

Create an Online Application

The application process is two-fold. First, read the CPCS Statement of Faith, then complete your application online. Applications can be submitted at any time, regardless of whether enrollment is open to new families.

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We require families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. You will be required to verify your email address. Log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.  After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Once your completed application and Pastor Reference are received, you will be contacted to set up a conference to meet with two CPCS Board Members. Following your conference, you will be contacted regarding acceptance. Upon acceptance, the school office will provide you with a Registration Form. Please return this completed form, along with your Registration Fee, to the school office. Upon receipt of the completed Registration Form and the Registration fee the child is officially enrolled.
