Discovery Center

The Discovery Center provides individual or small group instruction for students with identified disabilities or unique learning challenges. In the Discovery Center, students may receive additional interventions, specialized supports to access the general curriculum, or a modified curriculum that is most appropriate to their needs.

Students receiving Discovery Center services have an individualized plan that outlines the supports they will receive to access instruction. Student Services staff works closely with classroom teachers to ensure that students experience success both in the general education classroom and in the Discovery Center.

The Discovery Center is equipped to support students who are able to receive at least three hours of their instructional day in the general education classroom.
