I am from Hull, Iowa. My family includes my dad, mom, younger brother, and
younger sister. I attended Western Christian High School. After High
School, I attended Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. I was involved with
basketball in college for five years. I spent four years playing on the
Varsity team and my fifth year I was the head Junior-Varsity coach and an
assistant Varsity coach. I will be coaching boys basketball at Crown Point
Christian this year as well. This is my first official year of teaching. I
am excited and very thankful that God has called me to Crown Point Christian
School!
My hobbies include playing basketball and golf. My passion is serving God
through sports in any way that I can. I love coaching and teaching kids in
any area that involves staying active!
My favorite verse for right now is "Don't let anyone look down on you
because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in
life, in love, in faith and in purity" (1 Timothy 4:12).
