Mrs. Corder~Eighth Grade Homeroom
and Language Teacher
Mrs. Corder is in her eighth year of teaching at Crown Point Christian
School, but she has been teaching for 30 years. Some of the years
were partial days and some substituting while my daughters were
babies.
Her husband is also a teacher. She has three daughters two of whom are teachers
and one who is a credit manager. She is the proud grandmother of four little
ones who are learning about Jesus.
She has lived in the same house for 30 years. In the summer, Mrs. Corder
teaches in Bible School.
Cedarville College, Bryan College and Indiana University were all sites
of Mrs. Corder's college years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and
a Master of Science degree. She still takes at least two classes every five
years to renew her Indiana teaching license.
She loves to teach school! Her favorite part of teaching is all the things
she learns from her students.
Her flower garden is special summer hobby, and she loves to read and travel.
With two daughters in California, she visits as often as she can. She and
her husband also go to Michigan to see their grandchildren.
