Mrs. Wilson was born in Lowell, Indiana and graduated from Lowell High School in 2000. She attended Purdue University in West Lafayette and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education as well as a minor in Computer Education. Mrs. Wilson lives in Cedar Lake with her husband Tim and their two sons: Logan and Nathan. She enjoys reading, scrap booking, and taking pictures, and watching her favorite sports teams with her family!
This will be her fifth year teaching at Crown Point Christian. She finds it a privilege to work in a school that provides a family Christian atmosphere. Mrs. Wilson loves to watch her students get excited at each and every turn throughout the school year.
She has a passion for teaching kids in a Christian environment. To go to school and be involved in something you are passionate about is truly a gift from God. God will provide, whether or not he answers our prayers in the way we hoped. Mrs. Wilson's favorite verse is, "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." (Phillipians 4:13) This reminds her that God will not give us challenges that we are not capable of tackling!
