Crown Point Christian School Application Process
Grades Pre-K through 8th Grade

- The first step in the application process is completing your Application For Admission. Please return this completed form to Crown Point Christian School, 10550 Park Place, St. John, Indiana 46373 or via facsimile to 219-365-5729.

- The second step in the application process is asking your pastor to complete the Pastor’s Reference Form. Please ask you pastor to mail this completed form to Crown Point Christian School, 10550 Park Place, St. John, Indiana 46373 or via facsimile at 219-365-5729.
PASTOR’S REFERENCE FORM & COVER LETTER (PDF)
- Once your completed application and pastor’s reference are received in the school office, you will be contacted to set up a conference to meet with two CPCS Board Members.
- Following your conference, you will be contacted regarding acceptance.
- Upon acceptance, the school office will provide you with a Registration Form. Please return this completed form, along with your Registration Fee, to the school office.
- Upon receipt of the completed Registration Form and Registration Fee the child is officially enrolled.
