Crown Point Christian School Application Process
Grades Pre-K through 8th Grade
Thank you for your interest in Crown Point Christian School (CPCS). CPCS is committed to providing Christ-centered education. You inquiry is an affirmation that the message of our school is being heard in the community. If you should have any questions, please contact the school office at 219.365.5694. CPCS Criteria for Admission for PreKindergarten - 8th Grade:
- At least one parent must be a confessing Christian who has membership in a Bible believing, evangelical Protestant church and has signed agreement with the CPCS Statement of Faith.
- The family must be actively involved in weekly church worship and give evidence of participation in the church's programs as verified by the Pastor's signature on the Pastor's Reference Form.
- Student(s) must have a record of satisfactory academic performance and appropriate school behavior in previously attended schools.
- The family must indicate a willingness to meet the school's financial obligations (tuition).
- The family must be willing to cooperate with the school in all situations.
Application Process:
- The first step in the application process is two fold. First, please read the CPCS Statement of Faith. Then, complete your Application for Admission . Please return this completed form to Crown Point Christian School, 10550 Park Place, St. John, Indiana 46373 or via facsimile to 219.365.5729.
- The second step in the application process is asking your pastor to complete the Pastor's Reference Form. Please also provide your pastor with the CPCS Cover Letter and the CPCS Statement of Faith.
- Once your completed application and pastor's reference are received in the school office, you will be contacted to set up a conference to meet with two CPCS Board Members.
- Following your conference, you will be contacted regarding acceptance.
- Upon acceptance, the school office will provide you with a Registration Form. Please return this completed form, along with your Registration Fee, to the school office.
- Upon receipt of the completed Registration Form and the Registration fee the child is officially enrolled.
