The first step in the application process is two-fold. First, read the CPCS Statement of Faith and complete your application online.
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We require families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
Once your completed application and pastor’s reference are received, you will be contacted to set up a conference to meet with two CPCS Board Members.
Following your conference, you will be contacted regarding acceptance.
Upon acceptance, the school office will provide you with a Registration Form. Please return this completed form, along with your Registration Fee, to the school office.
Upon receipt of the completed Registration Form and the Registration fee the child is officially enrolled.
